For Calm SOS: Panic Relief ยท Effective August 15, 2026 ยท Last updated August 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how GoldenKing Apps ("we", "us", or "our"), the developer of the Android application Calm SOS: Panic Relief (the "App"), accesses, collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the App. It applies to the App only and forms part of our commitment to the Google Play User Data policy.
The short version. Calm SOS: Panic Relief helps you through moments of panic and anxiety with grounding and breathing exercises. There is no account, no sign-in, no advertising, and no in-app purchases. We never ask for your name, email address, or phone number, and we never ask you to tell us what you are feeling or going through. Anything you do inside the App โ the exercises you run, the notes or entries you make, your settings โ stays on your device. The only information we receive is anonymous crash and usage diagnostics that cannot identify you.
ab.soscalm.panicrelief)Calm SOS: Panic Relief offers self-help techniques and general educational information only. It is not a medical device, it does not provide therapy or counselling, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent panic disorder, anxiety, or any other condition. It is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, or therapist. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something in the App.
The App cannot summon help and does not contact anyone on your behalf. No one monitors what you do in the App, and starting an exercise does not alert us, a clinician, or an emergency service.
If you are in crisis, or you think you may harm yourself or someone else, contact emergency services or a crisis line immediately โ for example 911 (US), 112 (EU and much of the world), 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), 9152987821 (iCall, India), or your local emergency number โ or go to the nearest emergency department.
a) Information that stays on your device (we never collect or receive it):
All of this is written to the App's private storage inside Android's app sandbox. We have no access to it, it is never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and uninstalling the App deletes it.
b) Information collected automatically (anonymous, not personally identifying):
These signals tell us that a screen was opened or that a crash occurred. They do not tell us who you are, and they never include the content of anything you write in the App.
c) Information you send us voluntarily:
d) Information we do not collect:
Panic and anxiety are deeply personal, and an app used in those moments carries a special duty. Accordingly:
Calm SOS: Panic Relief declares only these Android permissions โ the complete list, and none of them is a runtime permission you are prompted to grant:
INTERNET) and network state

Section 3.VIBRATE) โ gentle haptic cues that pace a breathing exercise.WAKE_LOCK) โ keeps the display on while an exercise is running

Analytics. It reports only how the App was installed (for example, which Play listing or campaign it came from),
never anything about you or what you do in the App.The App does not request camera, microphone, location, contacts, storage, phone, or notification permissions. It cannot take a photo, record audio, read your files, see where you are, or send you notifications.
We do not use your data for advertising, for automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects, or to profile you individually.
Calm SOS: Panic Relief displays no third-party advertisements, integrates no advertising or attribution SDKs, and does not use the Android advertising ID. It currently contains no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. Should we ever introduce purchases, payment would be handled by Google Play Billing and we would never receive your card details; we would update this policy and its "Last updated" date before any such change takes effect.
We do not sell personal information. We share limited, anonymous data only with the service providers below, each acting under its own privacy policy and our instructions:
When you choose to share or open something. If you use a share option in the App, Android's share sheet hands the content you selected to whichever app you pick โ that app's own privacy policy then governs it, and we have no visibility into or control over what happens next. Likewise, if you tap a crisis number or an external link, your device's dialer or browser takes over. Nothing is shared this way unless you initiate it.
We may also disclose information where legally required (for example in response to valid legal process), or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. If GoldenKing Apps is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, we will give notice in the App or on this page before any personal information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
The App has no accounts and no user profiles, so we hold no record that identifies you or that could be looked up by name, email, or any other identifier. Everything is either under your direct control on your device, or deleted automatically on a fixed schedule:
There is no deletion request to make, and no waiting on us. Because we never receive data tied to your identity, we cannot offer โ and you do not need โ a manual deletion process: uninstalling the App removes everything on your device at once, and the anonymous analytics and crash data expire on the schedules above with no action from you. If you have questions about any of this, email help.wellnesss@gmail.com.
Data transmitted between the App and Firebase is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Data stored on your device is protected by Android's app sandbox and the device encryption provided by your operating system. We limit access to the diagnostic data we receive to those who need it, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our service providers process data on servers that may be located outside your country, including in the United States. Where data originating in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland is transferred, it is protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism operated by the provider.
The App is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the App is not enrolled in Google Play's Designed for Families programme. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email help.wellnesss@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct or delete it, restrict or object to certain processing, withdraw a consent you previously gave, receive your data in a portable form, and lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
EEA / UK (GDPR): the rights above apply to you, and you may complain to your supervisory
authority.
California (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know, delete, and correct, and the right to opt out of
the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are
defined by the CCPA, and we will never discriminate against you for exercising a right.
Other regions (including Brazil's LGPD and India's DPDP Act) โ equivalent rights apply, and the same
contact address serves them.
How these rights work in practice. The App collects no information that identifies you, so in almost every case we hold nothing to give you access to, correct, export, or delete โ we would be unable to tell which anonymous records, if any, came from your device. The most effective control is therefore direct and immediate, and needs no request to us: uninstall the App or clear its data (Section 9). You are welcome to email help.wellnesss@gmail.com with any privacy question or request; we reply within 30 days, free of charge, and will tell you plainly what we do and do not hold rather than claim a capability we lack.
The Data safety section on the App's Google Play listing summarises the same practices described here: data is encrypted in transit, none of the data collected by us identifies you personally, no data is sold or shared for advertising, and โ because nothing we receive is linked to your identity โ there is no deletion request mechanism, only the automatic expiry and on-device controls set out in Section 9. If you ever find a discrepancy between this policy and the Data safety section, please tell us at help.wellnesss@gmail.com and we will correct it.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the App or the law evolves. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes โ such as introducing purchases or any new data collection โ we will provide additional notice in the App or on the Play listing before the change takes effect. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
Questions, privacy requests, or complaints about Calm SOS: Panic Relief: email help.wellnesss@gmail.com. We aim to reply within a few business days and no later than 30 days.
