For Mental Health & Wellness Guide ยท Effective August 14, 2026 ยท Last updated August 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how GoldenKing Apps ("we", "us", or "our"), the developer of the Android application Mental Health & Wellness Guide (the "App"), accesses, collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the App. It applies to the App only and forms part of our commitment to the Google Play User Data policy.
The short version. The App is a health-education reference: an AโZ library of mental-health conditions, treatments, yoga and meditation guidance. It does not require an account, and it does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any information about your own health. What you read, bookmark, or set inside the App stays on your device. We receive only anonymous, aggregated analytics and crash diagnostics, and the App shows ads served by Google AdMob.
mental.disorders.treatments)Mental Health & Wellness Guide provides general educational information only. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Nothing in the App is a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, or other healthcare provider. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read in the App.
If you are in crisis or think you may harm yourself or someone else, contact your local emergency number immediately (for example 911 in the US, 112 in the EU, or 112 / 9152987821 in India), or go to the nearest emergency department. The App is not an emergency service and cannot summon help.
a) Information that never leaves your device (we do not collect or receive it):
This information is written to the App's private storage in Android's app sandbox. We have no access to it, and uninstalling the App deletes it.
b) Information collected automatically (anonymous / not personally identifying):
com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID permission for this purpose. See Section 6.c) Information you send us voluntarily:
d) Information we do not collect:
We understand that even browsing mental-health topics is sensitive. Accordingly:
We do not use your data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects, and we do not profile you individually.
The App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may process your Android advertising ID (AAID), IP-derived coarse location, device information, and ad interaction events to select, deliver, cap, and measure ads and to detect fraud. This processing is governed by Google's policy on how it uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.
Your controls:
We do not sell personal information. We share limited data only with the service providers below, each acting under its own privacy policy and our instructions:
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to (for example in response to valid legal process), or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. If GoldenKing Apps is ever involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, we will give notice in the App or on this page before any personal information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
The App has no accounts and no user profiles, so we hold no record that identifies you or that could be looked up by name, email, or any other identifier you have given us. Everything is either under your direct control on your device, or deleted automatically on a fixed schedule by our providers:
There is no deletion request to make, and no waiting on us. Because we never receive data tied to your identity, we cannot offer โ and you do not need โ a manual deletion process: uninstalling the App removes everything on your device at once, deleting your advertising ID stops all future ad collection, and the anonymous analytics and crash data expire on the schedules above with no action from you. If you have questions about any of this, email help.wellnesss@gmail.com.
All data transmitted between the App and our service providers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Data stored on your device is protected by Android's app sandbox and the device encryption provided by your operating system. We limit access to any data we receive to those who need it, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our service providers process data on servers that may be located outside your country, including in the United States. Where data originating in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland is transferred, it is protected by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism operated by the provider.
The App is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and the App is not enrolled in Google Play's Designed for Families programme. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, email help.wellnesss@gmail.com and we will delete it promptly.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
EEA / UK (GDPR): the rights above apply to you, and you may complain to your supervisory
authority.
California (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know, delete, and correct, and the right to opt out of
the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are
defined by the CCPA, and we will never discriminate against you for exercising a right.
Other regions (including Brazil's LGPD and India's DPDP Act) โ equivalent rights apply, and the same
contact address serves them.
How these rights work in practice. The App collects no information that identifies you, so in almost every case we hold nothing to give you access to, correct, export, or delete โ we would be unable to tell which anonymous records, if any, came from your device. The most effective ways to exercise control are therefore direct and immediate, and need no request to us: uninstall the App or clear its data (Section 8), and delete or reset your advertising ID (Section 6). You are welcome to email help.wellnesss@gmail.com with any privacy question or request; we reply within 30 days, free of charge, and will tell you plainly what we do and do not hold rather than claim a capability we lack.
The Data safety section on the App's Google Play listing summarises the same practices described here: data is encrypted in transit, none of the data collected by us identifies you personally, no data is sold, and โ because nothing we receive is linked to your identity โ there is no deletion request mechanism, only the automatic expiry and the on-device controls set out in Section 8. If you ever find a discrepancy between this policy and the Data safety section, please tell us at help.wellnesss@gmail.com and we will correct it.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the App or the law evolves. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and for material changes we will provide additional notice in the App or on the Play listing before the change takes effect. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
Questions, privacy requests, or complaints about Mental Health & Wellness Guide: email help.wellnesss@gmail.com. We aim to reply within a few business days and no later than 30 days.
